Overview

Tom joined SRI Executive as Director of Consultancy in 2024. He is responsible for leading the consulting team as they support development organisations to grow their impact through effective strategy, organisational development, leadership and governance.

Tom has worked in Global Development for over 13 years and brings a wealth of experience across INGOs, social enterprises, technology companies and academia as a country director, global director and board member.

Tom received a scholarship to attend the University of Cambridge to complete his Executive MBA and holds a Masters in International Development from the University of Bath. In his spare time, Tom is active in local politics and is normally found kitesurfing, paddling or swimming at his local beach in West Sussex.
