Overview

Osarieme is a Senior Consultant at SRI Executive, with broad experience delivering impactful solutions across sectors including public service, development, financial services, agriculture, non-profits, and consumer industries. She is passionate about sustainable change and is known for her balanced and open-minded approach to decision-making.

Specialising in organisational behaviour, change management, design, and people analytics, Osarieme helps organisations align strategy, culture, structure, and talent for long-term success. A Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and Associate Member of the CIPD, she previously led research on culture, leadership, and change as Head of Research and Insights at Dscover (Uganda), supporting the development of evidence-based, people-centric frameworks.

At KPMG (Nigeria), she worked in the People and Change Advisory team, driving projects in HR strategy, EVP design, organisational design, and performance management—supporting clients in building agile, high-performing, and healthy cultures.

Osarieme holds a Master’s in Human Resources and Organisations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), with a focus on change management, strategic HRM, analytics, and behavioural science.

Beyond work, she mentors students (LEAP Africa) and professionals, writes on workplace change, and champions inclusive, adaptive cultures. She enjoys traveling, discovering new cuisines, dad jokes, and expressing creativity through fashion.
