Overview

Ciara is a Consultant in SRI’s Consulting division, having joined as an analyst after university in 2022.

Ciara has played a pivotal role in various consultancy projects since joining SRI Executive, growing her knowledge on organisational design, assessing governance practices, and building effective strategies for sustainable growth and impact with our clients. Her interests away from project work extend to the topic of localisation where Ciara has spent time researching and writing about shifting the centre of gravity, and understanding how organisations are responding to growing criticism of the power dynamic in traditional aid. Prior to joining SRI, Ciara spent time working with a peace organisation. 

Ciara holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from University College Dublin, and a Masters in International Relations from Dublin City University.
