Sidney is an exceptional recruiter who continually demonstrates her ability to locate ideal candidates for the most complex roles. She has been instrumental to filling numerous high profile and sought-after positions across foundations, international development organisations and multilateral agencies.

Sidney has professional experience working with NGOs and international Think Tanks in India and Ireland, where she carried out research projects focussed on social issues related to inequality, governance and gender mainstreaming.

Sidney holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from University College Dublin and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from the University of Victoria.
