Rhoda is a Consulting Analyst at SRI Executive with experience delivering strategic HR and organisational solutions across sectors, including financial services, development finance, energy, and consumer industries.

At KPMG Africa, she supported and led talent management, organisational development, remuneration benchmarking, leadership development, and change management projects. As a consultant, she partners with clients to transform data into actionable insights that inform strategy, improve processes, and solve complex problems.

She began her career in Audit, where she built strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. Rhoda is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and holds a BA in International Studies and English.

Beyond her consulting role, Rhoda founded a YouTube channel with over 18,000 subscribers, where she shares job search and career development tips for early-career professionals. She is passionate about supporting young graduates as they transition into the workforce and enjoys Formula One, solving puzzles, and taking long walks.
