Overview

Patrick has over 20 years of experience in executive search. He brings expertise in both contingent and retained search and selection assignments for senior management, executive and c-suite appointments. His experience in private equity, banking and accounting across multiple sectors enables him to share unique insights and perspectives. Patrick’s key skills include client management, executive coaching, team leadership and project management.

Prior to joining SRI Executive, Patrick worked for Page Group as a Director with responsibility for financial recruitment up to CFO level, with an additional remit to nurture and develop other high performing individuals as a mentor and coach. Earlier in his career, he was in leadership roles at both Page and previously listed recruitment group Hays Plc, where he led the Banking team.

Patrick has a BSc Hons in Economics from the University of Bradford.
