Overview

Jill has 25 years of experience leading international searches for senior global health, research and development positions. She also coaches senior executives across global health, NGOs, foundations and multilateral agency sectors. Jill is the former CEO of Futures Group Europe, where she managed healthcare impact and behaviour change programmes globally.

As the lead for all health-related initiatives at SRI Executive, Jill brings a unique combination of senior global health and development experience, with first-hand knowledge of selection in health, research, government and development contexts.

Jill has an MSc from the London School of Economics and is Certified in Disease Modelling from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Jill is also a qualified practitioner in Emotional Intelligence 2.0 & 360 tools and Hogan Personality Profiling.

Jill has successfully completed assignments for clients including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance, Asia Pacific Malaria Leaders Alliance and the World Health Organisation as well as the UN Office for Project Services (UNOPS), Green Climate Fund (GCF), UN Security Council and the World Bank.
