Overview

Andrea is an HR professional with 12 years of experience in Executive Search in the private and International Development sectors. She is strongly committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive research practice.

Before joining SRI, Andrea was a Search Consultant at Bleumind, where she also led the Career Transition Services division, working with individuals and organisations as a Career Consultant and Outplacement Specialist. Prior experience as Training and Development Manager in Eastman Kodak, responsible for the Annual Training Program, serving all business units.

Andrea holds a BA in Industrial Relations from ITESO University and has a Diploma in Human Development from the same Institution.
