Julia is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in executive search and recruitment. She has worked with top-tier firms and corporate clients, specializing in research, recruitment strategy, and candidate management. Julia’s expertise includes talent mapping, headhunting, interviewing, and selection.

Julia served as a Research Associate at a Global Top Tier executive search firm and as Operations Manager at a local South African Executive Search boutique.  She has experience with conducting comprehensive research and attracting potential candidates across diverse industries globally and has a particular strength and knowledge of the African market. She also worked as an Independent Research Consultant, providing research, headhunting, and talent mapping services to executive search firms and corporate clients.   Julia has a proven track record in D&I recruiting as well, having successfully established an internal headhunting workstream at a Top-Tier Management Consulting firm in South Africa to meet D&I recruiting targets.

With a passion for recruitment, Julia has handled a range of projects, from C-Suite to entry-level bulk recruiting. She holds a BA Communications Degree from North-West University.
