Overview

Telma leads executive searches and works with leaders of institutions that support the Sustainable Development Goals. She has 25 years of experience and a comprehensive understanding of the international public and private sector. Telma successfully combines her humanitarian work with her educational background and experience in organisational psychology.

Telma previously held advocacy roles such as Special Representative to the UN of the ILO and top HR leadership positions at various UN organisations. She has led HR departments servicing global stakeholders in over 50 countries addressing talent management transformations, building strategic unity and leadership development. Recently, she was Partner at Kennedy Fitch. Telma also supports the Permanent Secretariat of the Nobel Peace Laureates in building strategic partnerships for peace education among youth.

Telma has an MA from Columbia University in Global Thought, an MA from Columbia University in Organisational Psychology and a BA in Psychology and Romance Languages from the City University of New York.

Key Projects

Telma has successfully conducted assignments for institutions such as the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Global Environment Facility, the International Union for Conservation of Nature and UNICEF.
