Overview

Isha Vajpeyi is an Analyst in the consulting practice of SRI Executive, where she supports the delivery of Leadership, Governance, and Organisational Effectiveness engagements across international organisations in global development. Isha brings expertise in research and analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management, with a focus on supporting organisations in reflecting on and strengthening their leadership and governance frameworks at the most senior levels.

Her previous experience has spanned the private sector, non-profit sector, and think-tanks, where she worked across policy issues including sustainability, climate change, gender, and health. She has also worked on geopolitical and macroeconomic analysis, including sovereign wealth and institutional investor landscapes, to help inform strategic decisions.

Isha earned her Master’s in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University and B.A in Political Science from the University of Delhi.
