Ursula has almost two decades of experience in the global development sector and an unrivalled record of achievement. She leads our global team of consultants to provide sustainable search, leadership and strategy services for clients that impact at scale.

Ursula works with clients to co-create leadership solutions ensuring excellence on every project. She values building long-term, trusted relationships with clients and excels at stakeholder engagement. Our clients repeatedly ask to work with her because of her persistence, accuracy and high-level of commitment to achieving quality and standards on schedule.

Ursula holds an MSc in Molecular Medicine from Trinity College Dublin and a BSc (Hons) Genetics from Queens University of Belfast.

Key Projects

Ursula actively works with UN organisations and multilateral development banks, including the World Bank, Asia Development Bank, The African Development Bank Group (AfDB), The Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). She has managed complex searches in the broader sustainable development arena with the Global Green Growth Institute, The Green Climate Fund (GCF) and One CGIAR. Ursula has also been the lead consultant on executive searches for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
