Overview

Susanne is the Head of Non-Governmental Organisation Practice Group at SRI Executive. Within Executive Search, she focuses on climate change, sustainability and multilateral agencies. For Strategy, Susanne consults in the areas of governance and organisational development.

Having previously held leadership positions across legal work, governance and human resources, Susanne has a strong ability to harness and nurture talent, a sharp legal eye for detail and is adaptable to multi-cultural environments. Susanne is highly accomplished and multi-faceted, with a deep knowledge of workforce training, performance development and talent management.

Susanne has a LLB Hons in European Law and Politics from University of Edinburgh, a CPID, Advanced Award in Organisation Development and Design and is a qualified solicitor with the Law Society of England and Wales. She also has an Organisational and Work Psychology and Introductory course in Psychology from Lunds Universitet.

Susanne’s work has been central to the success of projects for clients such as One CGIAR, Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL), The World Mosquito Program WMP and The International Union for Conservation of Nature.
