Iain works on searches across Climate and Nature Finance, with a particular focus on natural capital investment, nature finance, and environmental markets.
Iain has 10 years of executive search experience, working with investment managers, private equity firms, growth businesses and mission-led organisations. He specialises in senior leadership appointments across investment, strategy, operations and technical functions, supporting clients from early-stage team build-outs through to growth and scale. His work spans natural capital, agriculture, forestry, carbon markets, biodiversity and the blue economy.
Iain holds a BSc in Marine Science from Cardiff University and an MSc in Entrepreneurship from the University of Sussex, with a focus on the marine environment. This scientific and commercial background underpins his longstanding interest in the intersection of ecology, investment and entrepreneurship.
