Overview

Hannah is an Advisor to SRI Executive for Climate and Nature Finance. With 20 years’ experience in executive search, she has worked internationally, supporting C-suite, Board and senior leadership appointments, as well as the build-out of new teams and platforms.

Her expertise is in natural capital, real assets and carbon markets, shaping leadership capability across investment, strategy, policy and risk for investors, business and coalitions.

Hannah began her career in financial risk executive search before making a deliberate move into measurable impact. In 2015, she founded Sillman Thomas, a specialist climate and nature finance executive search firm, before joining SRI Executive. Working across the climate and nature finance ecosystem, clients include Nuveen, Climate Asset Management, Gresham House, New Forests, John Laing, Cinven, Emergent, VCMI and Aether Capital.

With an academic background in music and the performing arts, Hannah has a longstanding family interest in farming and regenerative agriculture.
