Gabriela serves as a Consultant in the NGO division at SRI Executive, leveraging over 18 years of expertise in executive and middle management searches across international sectors, spanning biotech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, clinical research, and medical devices. Notably, she has also excelled as a Freelance Executive Coach.

Before joining SRI, Gabriela made significant contributions to esteemed organizations such as Mercer, Korn Ferry International, and LYNKS. She holds a BA in Business Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and is a Certified Hogan Assessor. Fluent in Spanish and English, proficient in German and French, and having resided in both Mexico and Panama, Gabriela adeptly maneuvers through diverse multicultural settings.
