Laura has a strong background in Management Consulting specialising in operating model design and implementation. She has worked on multiple transformation programmes that began with initial design and business case and followed through to consultation and transition to the new model.
Laura’s experience includes portfolio, programme and project management, both the design and set up of programme offices and running them, as well as designing change management approaches and corresponding communications and engagement plans. Laura is analytical and organised to ensure designs and decisions are empirically based.
Laura holds a BA in Economics and Prince 2 Practitioner qualification.
Laurahas experience managing and collaborating with a full range of stakeholders from PLC boards and Executives to staff groups.
