The Career Development Roundtable (CDR) is the largest Human Resources event on the multi-lateral calendar. Ever since its original conception, it has continually expanded with last year’s event in Helsinki attracting 215 participants from organisations all around the globe.
The XIV CDR held this year in Dublin is centred around the topic “Authoring Change: Careers, Culture, Building Trust.”
The CDR brings together International Organisations across the multi-lateral sector, particularly from the United Nations System, the European Union, International Financial Institutions, as well as the national public sector, academia and private institutions.
The official welcome reception is hosted by SRI Executive, this will be held on Monday the 4th of December in Dublin Castle. This networking event will begin at 6pm and takes place in the Portrait Gallery and Throne Room quarters of Dublin Castle. This will be followed by the Career Development Roundtable on Tuesday the 5th and Wednesday the 6th, which takes place at the Hibernia Conference Center, Dublin Castle. The timeline of roundtable clinics and discussions are available to view here. A Career Fair will be held on the final day, the 7th of December in the Paintworks in Dublin Castle and all attending organisations are invited to participate. We look forward to seeing you all in Dublin.
