Seamus McGardle (Managing Director, Global (Ireland)) has significant experience in Search at a senior level. He is a former senior Executive of Diageo on the board of Guinness and previously held similar positions with Organon. Seamus has significant experience at a senior business level and has worked in a number of countries in Europe, the USA, Latin America and Africa. He has significant experience in supporting clients in Lifescience, Consumer, Government, University and Multilateral Banking. Seamus is a member of the Institute of Directors, sits on the Council of the RDS and the R&D Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce. Seamus holds a PhD in Chemistry and a Degree in Industrial Relations.

Ursula Gallagher (Director, Global (Ireland)) focuses on developing sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships with Clients and Candidates both in the private and public sector internationally.  Her process driven approach allows for transparency in all assignments and also validates her inherent instinct for selecting the right candidates. She is passionate about ethical Search & Selection and has a keen interest in International Development. Ursula has significant experience in Agricultural Development and the Lifescience Sectors. She has been responsible for the appointment of Senior Executives in Africa, Asia, USA and Europe. Ursula has an MSc in Molecular Medicine from Trinity College, Dublin.

Lisa Klein (Director, USA and Canada) is an experienced Executive Researcher who has over 20 years in the industry. She has gained considerable respect in the USA community by building sustainable relationships. Lisa is professional , engaging, warm and committed. She exemplifies the SRI values. Lisa understands and has significant experience in both the US corporate and Not for profit sectors.

Anna de Groot (Head of Research) has worked in executive search for more than 10 years and has a unique ability to find exceptional talent. She has held a number of roles including Head of Research with Actelis in Paris. Anna has a Medical degree from the University of Leuven and is fluent in 6 languages. She has a unique ability to find exceptional talent.

Farina Pane (MD SRI Indonesia) is a former HR Director for Ernst & Young Far East Asia, where she represented 10 countries to EY Global and contributed to the development of global learning programmes. She has direct experience in working in China, Philippines, Malaysia, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Guam. Farina has also lectured accounting and business ethics in a number of Business Universities in Indonesia. She has significant experience in supporting clients both in the public and private secor in her region. Farina holds and accounting degree and an MBA. Arvin Santiago (Consultant, Philippines) has more than 12 years experience in recruitment.  Arvin has handled headhunting for managerial and executive roles for a variety of industries. He has hands-on experience in other areas of HR including training, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations and organisational development.  Arvin holds a BA in Psychology from De La Salle University, Philippines.

Aurée de Carbon (Director, Paris, France) Aurée is responsible for the French market.  Auree is a Sales and Marketing professional who has occupied a number of roles in the private sector in both local and multinational companies. Auree has supported clients in Multilaterlateral Banking, Development and Lifescience.These sectors have included both financial services and media.  She recruited, trained and motivated people throughout her career and has a huge passion in this area.  Aurée has a degree in literature and communication.

Bridie Matthews (Director, Ireland, New Zealand and Australia) has significant experience in business development, recruitment, and career planning operating in the legal, financial services, medical and agri-science sectors.  Bridie has held senior management positions in both Ireland and New Zealand.  She is an Executive and Director of the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD).  In the last few years she has managed significant projects involving recruitment, selection and development of thousands of employees. She has been responsible for recruiting senior positions in the Consumer Sector.  Bridie was educated in Ireland and has a MBA from Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand.

Joanne McDonald (Director, Ireland & United Kingdom) is a former Technical Specialists with a Medical Supply company, MSI. She has held numerous post doctorate positions in Ireland, UK and the Netherlands. She has significant experience in recruiting for Universities, Research and Lifescience roles.  Joanne’s area of research has been in non genomic cell signalling. She has a PhD from the University of Liverpool.

Helen Flynn (Profiling Director (Global)) Helen is the Director of @interview, a specialist interview process company. She has some 20 years’ experience in recruitment. She also holds a degree in Pharmacy and a Masters in Business. Helen has provided training for the interview panels in IFPRI, Irish Cancer Society SFI and sits on the Grant Board for Enterprise Ireland.

Niamh Russell (Senior Consultant, Europe) has twenty years’ experience working for the Pharmaceutical Industry in Ireland. She has worked as a Specialist for major Healthcare companies such as AstraZeneca. Niamh has a proven track record in sales and has been involved in many negotiations within the Pharma area. She has developed keen relationships within the Medical Sector and the Pharmaceutical Industry. She also has travelled to major International meetings and supported the Healthcare Professionals in attending these. Niamh is a Science graduate of Trinity College Dublin.

Christina Ngo (Director, Ireland, China, Malaysia and Singapore) has over 20 years of experience specializing in new business start up for various multinationals across a variety of industry.  After her engagement with Manpower Inc, she heads a boutique executive search, and HR consultancy firm with Asia-Pacific coverage across industries and functions.  Apart from being an experienced business manager, Christina is also a highly skilled recruiter with clients ranging from "blue-chip" multinationals to privately owned companies in the IT, Financial Services, Business Outsourcing, and the Oil & Gas industry.  Christina holds an American MBA in International Management, and a British degree in Business Administration. 

Brian Farrell (Associate (Ireland)) is a former Business Development Director of Guinness Ireland. He has worked in five countries and held several senior executive positions in the Diageo Group. Brian has had a wide ranging career from managing total markets in Africa, distributing and marketing beer in Italy, manufacturing and wholesaling in Ireland to developing and implementing strategies for IT and leisure activities. Brian is also a chartered accountant.

Mia Kutner (Associate (Ireland)) has extensive experience in Tesco and Diageo, leading organisational development with business units, teams and individuals. This involved designing and leading workshops and supporting people in same. Mia is trained in the use of a range of psychometric testing tools and models. Mia also runs her own consultancy; Koru Coaching.
