Seamus McGardle is the Managing Consultant of SRI Executive Search and has significant experience in Search at a senior level. He is a former senior Executive of Diageo on the board of Guinness and previously held similar positions with Organon. Seamus has significant experience at a senior business level and has worked in a number of countries in Europe, the USA, Latin America and Africa. Seamus is a member of the Institute of Directors, sits on the Council of the RDS and the R&D Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce. Seamus holds a PhD in Chemistry and a Degree in Industrial Relations.

Paddy O'Sullivan is a former Managing Director of the LEO Pharma companies in Ireland. For 31 years he was responsible for manufacturing operations in Dublin, Cork and the domestic market. He was a board member of the LEO Pharma subsidiaries in France and the UK as well as the parent company in Denmark and the LEO Foundation. Paddy has a wealth of experience in the Life Science industry in Ireland and for many years chaired the Pharma industry team which negotiated the terms on which research based medicines are supplied to the Irish health services. Paddy is a registered pharmacist and holds degrees in commerce and business administration.

Brian Farrell is a former Business Development Director of Guinness Ireland. He has worked in five countries and held several senior executive positions in the Diageo Group. Brian has had a wide ranging career from managing total markets in Africa, distributing and marketing beer in Italy, manufacturing and wholesaling in Ireland to developing and implementing strategies for IT and leisure activities. Brian is also a chartered accountant.

Mia Kutner is an Associate of SRI Executive Search. She has extensive experience in Tesco and Diageo, leading Organisational Development with Business Units, Teams and Individuals. This involved designing and leading workshops and supporting people in same. Mia is trained in the use of a range of psychometric testing tools and models. Mia also runs her own consultancy; Koru Coaching.
The team is supported by a number of other consultants who are specialist in both the Life Science and NPO sectors, based in Ireland and the UK.T
