Our multinational team of consultants and researchers has operated at board and specialist level.  This gives us personal insight into our clients' requirements, as we understand the many challenges leaders face as they expand their operations globally.

Our multinational team of consultants and researchers also has cross-functional experience combined with HR exposure which ensures that, while focusing on our clients'technical needs, we are also acutely aware of the importance of personality and cultural fit within the corporate environment.

Seamus McGardle (Managing Consultant) has significant experience in Search at a senior level. He is a former senior Executive of Diageo on the board of Guinness and previously held similar positions with Organon. Seamus has significant experience at a senior business level and has worked in a number of countries in Europe, the USA, Latin America and Africa. Seamus is a member of the Institute of Directors, sits on the Council of the RDS and the R&D Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce. Seamus holds a PhD in Chemistry and a Degree in Industrial Relations.

Joanne McDonald (Director) is a former Technical Specialists with a Medical Supply company, MSI. She has held numerous post doctorate positions in Ireland, UK and the Netherlands. Joanne’s area of research has been in non genomic cell signalling. She has a PhD from the University of Liverpool.

Ursula Crossan (Director) has held a number of positions in the service sector in Ireland and the USA. She has a wealth of experience in the Lifescience sectors. Ursula has a degree in Molecular Medicine from Trinity College.

Anna de Groot (Head of Research) has worked in executive search for more than 10 years and has a unique ability to find exceptional talent. She has held a number of roles including Head of Research with Actelis in Paris. Anna has a Medical degree from the University of Leuven and is fluent in 6 languages. She has a unique ability to find exceptional talent.

Farina Pane (MD SRI Indonesia) is a former HR Director for Ernst & Young Far East Asia, where she represented 10 countries to EY Global and contributed to the development of global learning programmes. She has direct experience in working in China, Philippines, Malaysia, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Guam. Farina has also lectured accounting and business ethics in a number of Business Universities in Indonesia. Farina holds and accounting degree and an MBA.

Arvin Santiago (Consultant, Philippines) has more than 12 years experience in recruitment.  Arvin has handled headhunting for managerial and executive roles for a variety of industries. He has hands-on experience in other areas of HR including training, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations and organisational development.  Arvin holds a BA in Psychology from De La Salle University, Philippines.

Brian Farrell (Assosiate) is a former Business Development Director of Guinness Ireland. He has worked in five countries and held several senior executive positions in the Diageo Group. Brian has had a wide ranging career from managing total markets in Africa, distributing and marketing beer in Italy, manufacturing and wholesaling in Ireland to developing and implementing strategies for IT and leisure activities. Brian is also a chartered accountant.

Mia Kutner (Associate) has extensive experience in Tesco and Diageo, leading organisational development with business units, teams and individuals. This involved designing and leading workshops and supporting people in same. Mia is trained in the use of a range of psychometric testing tools and models. Mia also runs her own consultancy; Koru Coaching.
